HOW TO BUY IN OUR OFFICIAL WEBSITE

STEP BY STEP

 

  1. In the initial page click SHOP ONLINE and choose a category from (Collection, Lingerie, Yoga, Kids) to see the whole list of items.
  2. Choose an item. When you see an item you like, choose the sizeIMPORTANT: In Juana de Arco all items are one of a kind so that you will see a photo for each one available. When you chose your size pictures of the combination of colors and prints available on that size will appear.
  3. Click BUY button to add to your cart.
  4. Once you have selected all the items, click on “my shopping cart” on the top right margin of the screen and then click on “confirm” to validate the purchase.
  5. After this step, click on “go to the cashier.” You will have to register by entering your personal data. When you write your address, the cost of shipping will be shown (step 6). 
  6. Then choose the methods of shipping.
  7. Choose the way of payment.
  8. Confirm the payment. Once you have validated the payment you will receive the order confirmation by e-mail.
  9. To track your order you can go into your account and look into MY ORDERS. There you will find all the detailed information about your orders.

HOW TO TRACK MY ORDER?

To know the state of your order you will have to enter to “my account.”  In “recent orders” you will find the last orders and state: pending, in process, complete, cancelled. The confirmation e-mail will be sent 30 minutes after you receive the order and the process of the data of shipping.

If you don’t receive any e-mail confirmation, please look for it in your junk mail. The state will change in the next 24 or 48 hours.

 

WHAT’S THE MEANING OF PENDING AND IN PROCESS STATES?

“Pending:” your purchase was not completed yet because you did not complete the needed information or because the credit card did not authorized the payment yet.

“In process:”your purchase will soon be sent. Anyway, you cannot make changes in your order.

 

WHY WAS MY ORDER CANCELLED?

The reasons for the cancellation of an order could be:

-Rejection of payment

-Out of stock of some of the items (only that item will be cancelled)

-Incorrect or incomplete data.

 

COULD I MODIFY OR ADJUST MY ORDER?

Yes, see Terms and conditions. I’ve already completed the payment but I cannot track the state of my purchase. The track information could not be available in the first 24 or 48 hours after receiving de confirmation e-mail. WHY IS IT NECESSARY TO REGISTER?

  1.       You will not have to enter your addresses again everytime you want to buy.
  2.        You will be able to buy, select the items and complete the payment later. We will keep your request in your shopping cart. That does not guarantee the availability of the items.

 

WHAT HAPPENS IF THE INFORMATION FROM MY ACCOUNT CHANGES?

You only need to enter your account with your e-mail and password and follow the instructions to edit the information from your account anytime you want.

 

I FORGOT MY PASSWORD

  1.              Enter to “my account” and make a click on “forgot my password”
  2.              Enter the e-mail associated to your account in Juana de Arco.
  3.              You will receive an e-mail with the new password in the next 30 minutes.

SIZES

In the description of each item we have included all the possible details about the sizes. If you have any doubt you can write us to: salesusa@juanadearco.net.

 

COLORS

We have made an effort to display the colors of our items at the site the best way possible. However, the colors you will be able to see depend on your monitor so we cannot guarantee that the accurate color will be shown.

 

OUT OF STOCK

Most of the items from our website are unique. For that reason we will separate them to have them available only for the website. However, it could happen that some of them be out of stock. In case the item you bought is out of stock, you will receive an e-mail with the notification and the item will be removed from your order and removed from the payment. You will only pay for the items that will be sent.

If there is a problem with your credit card you will receive an error message immediately. In this case, you will be able to enter a new credit card number.

The prices of all our items are shown in U$D (US DOLLARS). For buyers from other countries the currency will be turned into according to the policies from their credit card.

 


SHIPPINGS

In purchase orders with destiny inside USA the rate will be 6 USD, for quantities equal to or more than $100 the shipping will be FREE!

You will have to take into account that some items of the same purchase order could not be sent the same day. You will be informed about this and you will be given an estimated date of shipping. The shipping will be charged only once, in case we have to send the order in different shippings.

 

DESTINIES INSIDE USA

In USA the shipping is done through FedEx.

International destinies

For international shippings we use FedEx express. The costs has a flat rate of 100 USD times of shipping depend on the weight and place of shipping.

POLICIES OF RETURNS AND CHANGES

USA

Return: If the items maintain their original package, without being worn and in the same conditions they were received, the user will have the right to return the bought items on www.juanadearco.net. We will coordinate the picking up of them on the address of delivering (picking up payed by Juana de Arco). The money will be returned in 5 working days since the item was received in the same way they were payed.

Change: the user will be able to change any item bought in our online shop, the product has to be in perfect conditions and with its tag attached. Te process will be as for the returns.
